BRI (Biosolids Recycling, Inc.) was founded in 2003 with a single mission: to provide provide professional biosolids management services to California wastewater agencies. Services include biosolids transportation, beneficial reuse and operation of waste facilities. The company also performs consulting services for the permitting of waste facilities and real estate development projects. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes and develop custom-made strategies.

Permitting

BRI has over 35 years of experience permitting projects in California. Projects have included real estate development projects, land application projects, and composting projects. BRI has experience with local Conditional Use Permits, real estate subdivision, EIRs, CEQA compliance, endangered species mitigation, Waste Discharge Permits, and Solid Waste Facilities Permits.
